What we do
CSA has a distinctive role in Scottish archaeology. It remains a membership-based organisation therefore much of its efforts go into representing members' views and supporting their interests concerning Scotland's archaeological heritage. It is also increasingly able to bring archaeology to a wider audience in Scotland through its educational and promotional activities. CSA has developed a particular role in promoting communication between the various organisations and individuals with an interest in Scotland's archaeological heritage.
CSA works in partnership with all those involved in archaeology (either professionally or through local groups) to promote awareness, active participation and ownership of this unique resource.
