Scottish Archaeology Month celebrates Scotland's rich archaeological heritage through a diverse programme of free events held all over the country. Taking place every September, it aims to make archaeology more accessible to the wider public and to encourage awareness, understanding and appreciation of the nation's archaeology.Anyone can organise an event for SAM!
